Senior Project Engineer Offshore

ANT as a growing High-Tech-Company produces sytems for the WAS (Water Abrasive Suspension) cutting process. This cutting method is used in and for oil and gas industry, explosive ordnance disposal (EOD), rebuilding platforms (Offshore) and repair and dismantling of nuclear power plants. Due to strong demand for our products we are looking for a Sales Director especially for oil and gas industry. This position represents a great opportunity to become part of an international growing team and take responsibility for developing sales. At present 54 staff are employed at ANT. The training and experience as well as the personal commitment of each individual guarantees the high quality and functionality of our systems and their successful application at the customer’s site Are you the person that can take on this responsibility?

Position description

  • Planning, performance and controlling of all sales acitivies your sales team passes
  • Account management of key customers to grow our business by repeat orders
  • Define your strategy sales plan, execute vital few actions and achieve defined sales objectives
  • Develop and close new prospective customers in oil and gas industry
  • Be responsible for reaching budgeted sales and results
  • Present our company and our solutions to prospective customers
  • Contribute to market research and market analysis, including competitive strategic analysis
  • Manage your sales funnel provide periodical forecasts and sales reports
  • Have the disciplinary and technical responsibility for your intern sales team
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibits and conferences

Position requirements

  • Degree in business and/or engineering with technical acumen (Bachelor, Master)
  • Long year sales experience selling solutions and/or high technology
  • Experience in working with international customers
  • Quickly build trusting relationships with prospects and customers
  • Effective, convincing communicator and fair negotiator
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills to proficiently manage sales project complexities
  • Ability to write clear and concise reports and business correspondence
  • Independent and structured way of working, People’ person with open, ‘can do’ attitude and hands-on mentality
  • talented and inspiring leader who can skilfully guide and motivate her team
  • Fluent in English writing and speaking
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20% travel commitment)
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office products.
