Compliance with laws and internal regulations is a matter of course for us. In this way we contribute to the long-term safeguarding and strengthening of the competitiveness and successful positioning of the ANT group of companies. For the ANT Group, <strong>occupational health and safety<\/strong> is the basis of successful business activity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d85888e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d85888e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Fair competition<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8339e9d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8339e9d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe ANT Group supports fair competition and the free development of all market partic\u00adipants.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c52dcbb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c52dcbb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n \t<li>Every employee must therefore observe the <strong>principles of fair and open competi\u00adtion.<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Agreements<\/strong> of any kind <strong>with competitors<\/strong> on prices, terms and conditions, market sharing and non-competition <strong>are to be refrained from<\/strong>.<\/li>\n \t<li>The principles of <strong>fair and open competition<\/strong> must also be observed vis-\u00e1-vis our <strong>customers and suppliers<\/strong> and, for example, no specifications of sales prices must be made. This includes not only written agreements, but also informal discus\u00adsions and informal agreements (&#8220;gentlemen&#8217;s agreements&#8221;) which have the pur\u00adpose or effect of restricting competition.<\/li>\n \t<li>The only exception is if individual measures have previously been examined for their compatibility with the applicable antitrust regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e94a4e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3e94a4e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Prevention of corruption<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7cdc306 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7cdc306\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The ANT Group faces competition with products and services at reasonable prices. The improper influencing or distortion of competition by granting personal advantages is pro\u00adhibited. <strong>The ANT Group prohibits all employees from participating in or tolerating corrup\u00adtion<\/strong>. The ANT Group expects the same from all business partners.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6fab6e4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6fab6e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Therefore, the principle applies that employees of the ANT Group may <strong>only grant advantages<\/strong>, such as gifts, meal invitations or other benefits, to customers, sup\u00adpliers and other business partners for themselves or third parties in <strong>exceptional cases<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>The same applies to the acceptance<\/strong> of such benefits by employees of the ANT Group. No employee may use his or her <strong>official position<\/strong> to demand, accept, pro\u00adeure or be promised advantages for himself or herself or third parties.<\/li><li>Offering and accepting <strong>cash gifts are prohibited<\/strong>.<\/li><li>The granting and acceptance of reasonable advantages (e.g. invitations to res\u00adtaurants or events or gifts) are permissible by way of exception if the gift or ac\u00adceptance of a gift does not create the appearance of corrupt behavior. The ben\u00adefit must be <strong>within the scope of generally accepted business practices<\/strong> and must not be unreasonable.<\/li><li>Employees are allowed to give <strong>gifts<\/strong> worth a total of <strong>\u20ac35<\/strong> to a business partner in a year. Gifts up to this value may be claimed as business expenses (Section 4 (5) EStG). At the same time, employees may only accept gifts worth up to \u20ac35 per year from a business partner. In addition, <strong>promotional items<\/strong> (calendars, pens, tags, etc.) may be distributed up to a value of <strong>\u20ac10<\/strong> per person per year.<\/li><li>The acceptance and issuance of invitations to business meals are permissible within reasonable limits.<\/li><li>In any case, care must be taken that the donor and the recipient do not conceal the gifts and that the recipient is <strong>not forced into an obligatory dependency<\/strong>.<\/li><li>lf invitations and gifts exceed the limits described above, the approval of a member of the Board of Management must be obtained.
