ANT Welcomes Craig Glatley as International Business Development Manager for Offshore Decommisioning

ANT Applied New Technologies AG is pleased to welcome Craig Glatley as its new International Business Development Manager.

Craig brings more than 30 years of international experience in business development, commercial management and technical sales across the oil and gas, energy and industrial services sectors. During his career, he has worked with organisations and customers throughout the Middle East, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas.

His professional background combines extensive commercial and strategic expertise with a strong technical and operational understanding. Craig has successfully supported companies in entering new markets, developing international sales pipelines, securing major contracts and building long-term relationships with operators, service companies, EPC contractors and industrial customers.

Having held technical, sales, operational and senior management positions throughout his career, Craig understands the challenges of the energy industry from several perspectives. He is familiar not only with strategic and commercial decision-making, but also with the practical requirements, pressures and constraints encountered during project execution and field operations.

This experience enables him to engage with customers on equal footing, ask the right questions and quickly understand the operational challenge behind a commercial enquiry. His hands-on mentality and solution-oriented approach are particularly valuable when developing applications for technically demanding and complex projects.

In previous leadership positions, Craig was responsible for international business development, regional sales strategies, operational performance and the commercial development of oilfield and industrial service organisations. His experience also includes offshore decommissioning and well services – two areas of particular strategic relevance to ANT.

At ANT, Craig will focus on strengthening the company’s international business activities, developing new market opportunities and supporting customers in identifying suitable applications for ANT’s Water Abrasive Suspension technology. This includes solutions for offshore decommissioning, well abandonment, subsea cutting and other demanding applications in which safety, precision and operational reliability are essential.

“ANT has developed highly differentiated technology with significant potential across international energy markets. I am looking forward to working with the team, supporting customers and partners and contributing to the company’s continued global growth,” says Craig Glatley.

With Craig’s appointment, ANT is further strengthening its international sales and business development capabilities. His extensive industry knowledge, international network and practical understanding of customer and field requirements will support the company’s continued expansion.

We warmly welcome Craig to the ANT team and look forward to a successful collaboration.
