25 Years of ANT – A Milestone Celebration Full of Highlights and Gratitude
On September 6, 2024, ANT Applied New Technologies AG celebrated its 25th anniversary! Over the past two decades, the company has grown into a global leader in Water Abrasive Suspension (WAS) cutting technology. To mark this special occasion, the Lübeck company grounds on “Hinter den Kirschkaten” were transformed into a festive venue, welcoming customers, employees, friends, and family to join the celebration.
A Fusion of Technology and Entertainment
In addition to an impressive exhibition of ANT’s latest cutting technologies, guests were treated to exciting performances by the TLC Cheerleaders and a showcase by the “Seagulls” racing team from the Technical University of Lübeck, who proudly displayed their custom-built race car, sponsored by ANT. This event highlighted the strong connection between engineering and real-world applications.
Cocktail enthusiasts were in for a treat with the presence of Andrei Borisik, the German Cocktail Champion of 2018, who wowed the audience with his spectacular flair bartending skills. Guests also had the chance to participate in cocktail-mixing workshops and try their hand at creating their own drinks.
Supporting a Good Cause
Instead of gifts, ANT encouraged guests to make donations to the “Lübeck Aid for Children with Cancer.” The overwhelming generosity of those in attendance resulted in over €2,600 being raised – a significant contribution from Lübeckers for a cause close to home.
Honoring Long-Serving Employees
The celebration also provided an opportunity to honor long-standing employees who have been with the company for 10 or even 25 years. Their commitment and dedication have played a vital role in ANT’s continued success, and their contributions were recognized in a heartfelt ceremony.

The event was not just for adults – the younger guests were fully entertained with a bouncy castle, face painting, craft stations, and other kid-friendly activities that kept the little ones busy and happy throughout the day.
