AMU 2500-40
The AMU 2500-40 is an abrasive mixing unit and part of a water jet cutting system for safe and efficient cutting using the water abrasive suspension (WAS) technique. The system is equipped as standard with a 40 l / 75 kg (165 lbs) abrasive container, can be supplied in different variants in single or twin design and also with bigger abrasive containers. It is particularly suitable for mobile applications.
- 2,400 bar (34,800 PSI)
- max. 118 kW hydraulic power at the nozzle
- depending on the nozzle size used, 25 – 71 min cutting time per filling of abrasive
- for cutting material thickness up to 1.000 mm (39.5 in) for steel
